Dr. Smit Thakkar is a consultant dermatologist and the doctor who leads OrnaSkin today. He trained in medicine at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, and then specialised in dermatology, venereology and leprosy (DDVL) at Sumandeep University, Vadodara, before joining the practice his father, Dr. Janak Thakkar, started in Rajkot in 1984.
He sees patients at OrnaSkin Madhur Nagar, a four-storey clinic devoted entirely to skin and hair, by appointment.
