How many points do I earn?
10 points for every ₹100 you spend, which is 10% back. Each point is worth ₹1 off a future order.
What is the birthday gift?
In your birthday month you receive 200 points (₹200 off), to use within 30 days. We only ask for the day and month of your birthday, never the year.
Which purchases earn points?
Orders in the Orna Skincare online shop. Clinic treatments may be added later.
How much of an order can I pay with points?
Up to half of the order value.
Do points expire?
Points stay valid for 12 months after your last purchase; birthday points for 30 days.
What happens to points if I return something?
Points are added after delivery, so a return within the return window simply means the points for that item are not added (or are taken back).
I had points on the old OrnaSkin website. Do I keep them?
Yes, balances from the old website are being carried over to your new account.
Is my information safe?
We keep only what the programme needs: your email, your points history and the day and month of your birthday. You can ask us to show or delete it at any time; see our privacy policy.
