SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to OrnaSkin! We are committed to delivering our premium skincare products to you in a timely and efficient manner. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping policies and procedures.

1. Processing Your Order

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your order details carefully.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 working hours. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer [standard/priority/express] shipping for domestic orders. Shipping costs may vary based on the shipping method and package weight.

  • International Shipping: International shipping is not available.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated Delivery: It may take minimum 2 and maximum 7 working days to deliver the order. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping. Please note that it might take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other issues.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regulations.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply according to local legislation.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

​

  1. The prices of content on OrnaSkin are determined based on the terms of the Instructor Terms and our Promotions Policy. In some instances, the price of content/ products offered on the OrnaSkin website may not be exactly the same as the price offered on our mobile or website applications, due to mobile platform providers’ pricing systems and their policies around implementing sales and promotions.

  2. We occasionally run promotions and sales for our content, during which certain content is available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to the content will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the content (at checkout). Any price offered for particular content may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users.

  3. If you are a customer/ client located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.

  4. You agree to pay the amount you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as direct debit, or credit card or mobile wallet) for those payments. OrnaSkin works with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. We may update your payment methods using information provided by our payment service providers.

  5. When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to disable access to any content on the website on account of any suspicious or fraudulent  transactions.

  6. Your membership with OrnaSkin will continue until terminated. For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions, if any, will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card/debit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via email specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount. OrnaSkin does not offer refunds for payments made on a month-month subscription plan. To avoid being charged during a free trial promotion, you must cancel your subscription before your free trial ends. If you complete a session during the free trial period, OrnaSkin reserves the right to require you to pay for a one-month subscription in order to receive a session and/or specialization certificate.

  7. Your subscription will continue on a month-to-month or per product/ session basis unless and until you cancel or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by OrnaSkin. For subscriptions to individual specializations, OrnaSkin will automatically discontinue your subscription at the end of the monthly period during which you earn a specialization certificate for the specialization. You must cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date to avoid the next billing.

  8. If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund.

  9. Pre-Orders for Online products. If you elect to pre-order and secure a subscription in an Online product/ session, you will be required to provide your accurate Payment Method, however your Payment Method will not be charged at the time of the pre-order. Your Payment Method will only be charged when the Online Session officially starts and you receive access to the Online session and associated services. Thereafter your Payment Method will be charged in accordance with the terms that you selected at the time of your pre-order.

  10. Cancellation terms for Pre-Orders for Subscriptions: You may cancel your pre-order subscription at any time during the pre-order period, that is, any time prior to the date on which your Payment Method is charged. Thereafter, you will have the cancellation and refund terms associated with the pre-order.

  11. The request for refund is to be raised within 72 (seventy-two) hours of purchase of the product/ session and that the refund requests shall not be entertained in case the user has attended the session. Once the request is raised for refund, it will take 2 to 7 working days for amount to be credited to the customer's account.

  12. Payments are not refundable except in pre-orders.

  13. You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

  14. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
